Out of the Office, into the Compound

The New Year "The New Year is fully upon us here at Krochet Kids Uganda and there is a tangible feeling of excitement in the air. So many monumental things were accomplished in 2010 and we are dreaming of even bigger and better things for the ladies on our compound in 2011. Personally, I’m very excited about the amount and quality of products that our ladies can produce. All of those wonderful hats that you’ve seen around or purchased during the last few months have been crocheted and quality checked with love. Pictured is our new production facility that is currently being worked on. This facility will contain all of our yarn, our new quality control interns, tailors, and storage of completed hats. This building will help streamline our work here at KKU and it is a physical representation of the growth that we are already experiencing in 2011." - David
