2013 Annual Report

2013 was an incredible year for us at Krochet Kids intl.!

We take a lot of pride in our ability to quantify the impact happening on the ground at our empowerment projects, and we are excited to share the culmination of that impact over the year as represented in our 2013 Annual Report. We've shared our unique model for empowerment with you, and how we create a multifaceted approach to poverty alleviation through jobs, education, and mentorship. We've discussed why it's so important to us that we're a non-profit organization. But for the first time ever, we're sharing in-depth program metrics with you that reflect the empowerment taking place at KK Peru and KK Uganda. Inside you'll find encouraging stats, like that our mentors invested 10,560 hours of one-on-one counseling, and that more than 80 training programs were made available to beneficiaries in the program. You'll also see real examples of some of the 45 monthly indicators we look at when evaluating how effective an individual beneficiary's experience is in the programs. Each is integral to a woman's empowerment. Not to mention that the report was beautifully designed by our creative neighbors at Column Five with great care and detail, hand sewing each thread you'll see in this year's report. Enough from us though, take a look for yourself!
