Why Say Thank You

What is the power of a thank you? During #CHOOSEGRATITUDE (click the link to get caught up!) we told you not to underestimate it, we encouraged you to share it. Your thank you is shared with the lady who made your hat and serves as encouragement and true empowerment for the work she is doing in Uganda or Peru. Writing your thank-you is an integral part of our model. We strive to not only provide a job, education, and mentor system for these women, but also build them up. By helping these ladies achieve higher self-esteem we are opening the door for them to grow as people. Choose to write a thank you note and #CHOOSEEMPOWERMENT
