You've made it clear that you are open to assisting customers with just about anything - what's the most unexpected request you've received? We have shipped everything from disco balls to cupcakes. We have even notarized people for marriages, divorces, and adoptions. Other than the unique aspect of being a 'one stop shopping & shipping' location, what sets your store apart? We offer an incredibly personalized business with personal shopping and providing multiple shipping options from USPS, UPS, DHL and FEDEX in one location for our customers. What was your inspiration for the atmosphere/ambiance you've created within your store? It is a hub of a wonderful neighborhood where people come to shop, converse and just hang out. What is something you do to continue to be the go-to shopping & shipping destination in your community? We are always changing the merchandise to fit the needs of our customers and offering new services to fit those needs. How do you select which brands to carry in your store? We try and keep things new and exciting by trying new brands but also like the idea of keeping the local aspect across the board by supporting our local representatives and relying on them to find new lines for us. Why are you excited to be carrying KKi products? We loved the look of the line from a fashion aspect first and after hearing the KKi story we were super impressed. What has been the response of your customers as they've learned about KKi? We have had an incredible response from sharing the story with our customers. The response has been super positive and is such a great selling tool for our staff to share with our customers. What is your favorite product from the KKi Spring Collection? It’s too hard to choose: the shirts, the headbands- I can't pick! They are all too cute! What is a spring trend that you are really excited about? For me, I love patterns and beautiful colors.
