Out of the Office, into the Compound

YARN As the women begin a new production week, new yarn and styles are also breaking out across the compound. Each lady is given their roles of yarn to work with for the specific hats needed. Around the compound you can hear the thump of the women pounding the cardboard centers out of the yarn... it's tough work, but it's the distinct noise that signals a new production week. Even though it's only August, early thoughts of the Christmas season are approaching here in Northern Uganda.
