What started as a lasting part of the momentum from the Global Citizen Music Festival in NYC last month, has garnered some serious attention from news outlets--The New York Times, MSNBC, and others--and really helped to elevate the conversation about purposeful purchasing to a larger audience. Olivia Wilde and her company with Barbara Burchfield, Conscious Commerce, got a bunch of social justice brands together under one roof for the Global Citizen Pop-Up Shop and we're stoked to be a part of it.
The shop, which runs through the weekend, features a ton of great brands aiding many causes. The purpose is to drive home the point that your dollars spent can do more for the world, and give people an easy way to engage and help. Many of our KK intl. items are there to empower women to rise above poverty.
